Submitting a request does not charge the renter. Payment opens only after lender acceptance and expires if not completed in time.

Tracking, return labels, courier links, QR codes, and return deadlines should remain visible on the rental page.
Cases and payouts
Open cases pause payout release until support resolves the issue. Evidence stays attached to the rental record.
